I’ve been doing some thinking, and I’m wondering to myself, “How can I generate some revenue to pay some artists and maybe get some gifts going to those who collaborate on my Star Wars D6-related material?”

The idea came to me a few days ago as I pondered finding a way to pay my overworked editor and maybe have some book-buying money, as well as hook Don up for all the work he does…you get the picture. Well, I realized I’d posted adventures in D6 Magazine(the second, Asylum, will be released soon), and they’re tailored for D6 Space, but they were originally SWD6 adventures.

Then it came to me – why not make things D6 Space-centric, offer Kickstarters and the like, even print them out, and offer FREE fan-made conversions over to SWD6? I can avoid the FFG lawyer stampede(I should trademark that), maybe, and still make SWD6 content that’s professionally produced. I can legally fund artists like Khairul Hisham and make a dream possible.

Thoughts? Is it possible, or will the dream die here?
