Description: Used on the defended borders during the Dilgar War, the Tiraca is basically a hull built around a combat laser with quad particle arrays added to provide a means of defeating many enemies at once. The ship is simple in design and simpler in function, but remains a mainstay craft in the Abbai fleet – even purchased and used by other races over the years. It is fast and maneuverable, exactly what some of the more stalwart Abbai vessels desperately need in order to best an opponent.

The hull also stirred a bit of a controversy concerning the sheer number of weapons aligned on the ship in contrast with the number of defensive measures – thereby calling for the less offensive (in both senses of the word) variant, the Bisaria. This vessel is more dedicated to the supporting role of an escort ship. Even so, it still carries a significant number of reminders that the Abbai are not solely peaceniks.
