Bakur RepulsorCorp, or BRC, was a company on Bakura that produced repulsorlifts. They were responsible for the majority of Bakura's exports, and during the Imperial occupation of Bakura, the BRC factory was considered to be the most likely target in the event of a Rebel attack.
The planetary sector that contained BRC was represented in the Bakuran Senate by Orn Belden.
